WHO ARRIVES AT MY DOOR?
As the owner/operator i will arrive on time and ready to consult
or work.
- i do not subcontract your job to another tradesman. In
fact, you can expect to see me every day working on your project until it's
complettion.
- I am insured with $2,000,000 liability, $5,000,000
aggregate, theft insurance, bondable injury/disability coverage, and more...
- Criminal checks and documentation supplied upon request
Do you offer a warranty or satisfaction guarantee?
My unique service experience is second to none.
- Your satisfaction is my utmost priority.
- I know it's cheaper for everyone to do the job right and on
time, so I always pay attention to details.
- I warranty all work performed and guarantee that at the end
of the job all work will be completed to your satisfaction and of the highest
quality possible.
Do I need to buy building materials prior to THE start of job?
- My service van is a "Tool and
Hardware Depot" on wheels. I am always stocked with hundreds of fasteners,
fittings, parts and high quality tools. We show up prepared to handle just
about any situation.

If you have the means and ability to acquire the materials ahead
of time that is up to you.
- If you cannot acquire the materials for whatever the reason
I can acquire all necessary material prior to or during the job. In fact, I
prefer to pick up the material myself as I can get exactly what is needed for
the job.
Will you make a mess?
- torontohandymanservice.ca specializes in working in very
sensitive areas that requires advanced techniques to eliminate dust travel.
- I take the time to protect floors around the work areas so
as to prevent possible damage.
- I always clean up after ourselves.
- I always respect the inhabitants and your property.
- I have special scratch free footwear that is only worn
indoors.
- At the end of the job we do our best to leave everything as
we found it.

do you charge by the hour or do
estimates?
- I can charge by the hour for smaller jobs and provide
estimates for the larger ones. However, i usually prefer to give you and
estimate, so you know exactly what you will be paying and getting completed in
return.
Do you have references
available?
- Yes I do.
- I have been fortunate to meet and service many good people
with high expectations and out of appreciation many of them have sent us
letters of thanks and referral without us asking.
- I can provide you with that info.
